He spent about 3 hours at my property, examining the problem, interior and exterior, and then we talked through all of the issues that he identified that caused the water intrusion problem and recommended mitigation efforts for each one. He then sent me a very detailed report so that I could reference it after the fact and continue to work on fixing all of the problems. What makes you different from other companies?

Unlike the so-called "expert" companies in water intrustion, our goal isn't to sell you the most expensive solution we can. Our goal is simply to help you find the root cause of any leaks, and show you most straight foward way to fix them for good.

What is your experience?

I possesses a broad range of site design, landscape and home construction experience. I have a Masters Degree in Architecture from UNL and began working in the Architecture field in 1991. I am currently an Architectural Intern. I began working at a Ross Civil Engineering in Lincoln in 2001 under a licensed Civil engineer. There I specialized in storm water design and analysis. My work with large sites has given me a vast amount of experience with drainage and grading. I have recently owned and operated a Registered Civil Engineering company. My wide range of experience has helped me form a holistic and thorough approach to solving leaks and saving homeowners money.
