The Leak Detective Investigations starts around $325 (Lincoln) to $385 (Omaha) but can be higher. We charge $160/hour plus travel time, so call for an approximate first-hour cost. Most of our clients find that it's about 75-95% less than other waterproofing companies combining our fee plus the cost to repair.

- Investigation & Report: Start at $600 (Omaha starts at $750) all work beyond the first hour is $160/hr
Construction Services
- Construction Observation: $160/hr per hour (minimum of $160 per trip)
- Construction Certification: $160/hr per hour (minimum of $250 per trip)
- Site Design: $160/hr per hour
