Is your Basement Leak Caused by a Spring?

A spring is the kiss of death for a house! We were doing a basement water leak project recently and found a bunch of cattails near our project. The cattails are the hallmarks of a wetland. Most people don’t know that wetlands cause "springs". Water in a wetland infiltrates the ground. This is called infiltration. Once water infiltrates the ground, it can flow downhill to your house and make your basement wet. Gratefully, springs are very rare in Nebraska. If you think you have a spring, you should find out for sure. It could save you 10's of thousands of dollars in unnecessary basement sump pump and drain tile systems.

If you think you have a spring, you may not. We can determine that very quickly.

So, the best thing to do is get a professional, (like us) and we'll spring into action to help you solve your watery basement dilemma.
